Wow!! What a wonderful stay at the villa Ria Sayan, and what a fabulous spot!! Overlooking the stunning Sayan Gorge. This was such a wonderful retreat and we whish to return to visit the surrounding area. The time spent here was so refreshing and relaxing. Thanks to Negah and Ketut. Nengah certainly spoiled us with her wonderful cooking and all the fantastic meals she prepared for us. We are already feeling nostalgic about our time at the lovely villa Ria Sayan! Thanks to Nengah's delicious Indonesian meals & Ketut's hospitality. This truly felt like home for the last 5 days & made the 26 hours on a plane totally worth it!! The view of the Sayan ridge from the pool are just stunning! Our kids loved their daily swims, and the occassional fall into the pool during meal time. Ketut & Nengah were really entertained (I think....) by our kids. They made our stay so memorable. We really hope to return to Ria Sayan in the future! We will miss you, Ria Sayan!

This villa is excellent. It is a traditional Bali residence with furnishings to complement the building. It has a beautiful pool with an outlook to die for. With all this, it has the best staff you could ask for, nothing was too much trouble, three meals a day, laundry within 24 hours, 5 star hotel bed linen and service, what more could you ask for.

" INCREDIBLE VILLA "
My boyfriend, his parents and I stayed 5 nights at the Villa Ria Sayan and we wish we could have stayed longer. What a spectacular property! We arrived late at night and were greeted by a beautiful view of the rice fields the next morning. Everything was so well organised and the staff were fantastic - we were collected by the airport at 11 PM and the staff were waiting at the house to meet us even though it was late. Each morning we had a delicious breakfast with a selection of local fruit, yum! We also ate a number of dinners at the house and each was absolutely wonderful, compliments to the chef! Everything was immaculate, the bedrooms, the bathrooms, the living area, the swimming pool.

From the second we walked in the door we felt relaxed and welcomed. The fabulous, green magical view was just what we needed. We were filing 8 days net enough as we sit parking just one more hour. Looking across the valley our sails especially enjoyed the Tree Top Adventure of scenic drive up the montain to get there. The nature walk with sun (Bali Birds Walk) and the cultural / cooking class - spending time in their family was a highlight for me. Indus just down the vocal great for laugh and another magical view. We are loving feeling refreshed and relaxed and already planning a trip back in the summer - less rain! in the future. Thank you for showing your beautiful home. And a big suksana to Nengah, Ketut, Made and the other for making our stay so effortless and peaceful. With Gratitude.

We enjoyed one full week at Villa Ria Sayan with our whole family. We all were impressed by the massive green around us, the intense jungle noise and the view of the volcanos. One could only sit on the terrace or next to the pool watching and stunning. Everyday we enjoyed breakfast and dinner here, where they served all with the children liked and typical Balinese food for the adults being here in the rainy season was an experience with unseen rainfalls and an unseen nature and green thereafter. We loved the furniture and would have wanted to buy everything that is there. We will surely comeback once.

" LOCATION IS SPECTACULAR "
This was our second stay at Villa Ria Sayan and it was just as good as the first one 5 years ago. The location is spectacular, with the views over the Sayan River and fabulous sunsets. The villa is comfortable and large enough to accommodate our family of 4 with extra space. We spent days on end in the pool and lazing around the villa. The service is outstanding. The staff shopped and cooked delicious meals and helped us book our outings as well. We are likely to go back again as it really was one of the most relaxing holidays we've had.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Ria Sayan. Nengah and Ketut are absolutely amazing and deserve a special mention for their untiring service and flexibility. They honestly made our stays (both times) proper holidays.The highlight of our time there was having delicious breakfasts by the pool. The food was outstanding (especially the gado gado and the kids loved the pizza). We might want to see a few more Indonesian dishes added to the menu, but we don't have any complaints.The villa was kept in lovely condition and was a delightful place to stay. The pool was a key attraction for our family. The only thing I might suggest is having a copy in the villa of the "activities" sheets that you emailed. Other than that, I have already recommended the villa to 2 friends.Thanks again for your patience, communication and follow up. We had a great time.

" SPECTACULAR VILLA "
The second week of our Bali holiday has been spent in the spectacular Villa Ria and has been truly special. We have all has the most wonderful and relaxing time at the villa and around Ubud, after a week in Seminyak which together have given us a taste of everything Bali has to offer. we have enjoyed gazing out across the valley to the temple where we have seen ceremonies and Javanese King. Highly away from the villa in Ubud : The elephant park at Taro, The monkey forest, Mozaic restaurant, Bali Buddha Cafe, Bodyworks Spa, Lunch at the Amandari Hotel (Altough the view is better at Villa Ria), Buying Balinese wood carvings and out cash Ketut's father in law to drive you to the best shops), walking through the Padi fields to the Sari Organic restaurant. The food at the villa has been great. Thank you Nengah and Ketut for looking after us so well.
